For detailed information see:

Harris, J. E., 1951.  Diademodus hydei, a new fossil shark from the Cleveland Shale. Proceedings of the Zoological Society of London, 120: 683–697.

Diademodus is an early shark of the Family Phoebodontidae from one of the most famous sites in the world for early sharks. Most were less than three feet long and nearly all of them are known only from isolated teeth or dermal denticles you need a magnifier to see so this kind of softbodied preservation is very rare.  Here’s that special piece for the shark collector needing something substantial from the Paleozoic to display.
