This is a toe bone that has one specialist leaning toward a pterosaur.  The Kem Kem beds yield a lot of isolated bones and teeth but very little in the way of even scrappy skeletons.  River deposits tend to do that.  It leaves the researcher and the amateur to ponder the possibilities.

Bone shows wear at both ends but decent.
