Gallimimus bullatus was a fast, ostrich-like dinosaur from the Late Cretaceous of Mongolia. As an ornithomimid, it had a long neck, toothless beak, large eyes, and long legs built for speed. Gallimimus likely fed on plants, small animals, or insects, making it an omnivore. Its name means “chicken mimic,” and it’s one of the largest known ornithomimids, reaching up to 20 feet (6 meters) in length.
