18mm rare uniramian arhropod. First we have ever had.
Cambropodus gracilis is a rare Cambrian arthropod from Utah, dating back over 500 million years. It had a slender body with long antennae and multiple simple walking legs, making it one of the earliest known uniramous (single-branched) limb arthropods. Though only partially known, it offers a unique glimpse into the early evolution of arthropod limbs—a small but important step in the history of life on Earth.
