Fish.

Chirodus is an early ray-finned fish.  It lived at a time after the placoderms had died out and large cartilaginous fishes had taken over the seas.

Complete fish of any kind are quite rare in the Stark Shale.  Most people found just isolated teeth and miscellaneous bits.
