Aglaspids are early marine arthropods that belong to the Order Aglaspidida. They are quite rare in the Weeks Formation.

Many researchers consider aglaspids to be related to the ancestors of horseshoe crabs and arachnids. They survived the mass extinction at the end of the Cambrian but died out by the end of the Ordovician.
