Here’s an unnamed arthropod that would not have been preserved in most Cambrian rocks but the magic chemistry of the Weeks Formation has brought it almost to life. It’s a specimen for the person searching for something that may be small and yet stands out from the trilobites in the collection and it hints at a diversity of arthropods in the Cambrian that would not be duplicated in a later age.
