Somewhere between an alien astronaut and an Anasazi petroglyph, you get something that resembles this creature.

We’re used to examining weird Cambrian soft-bodied invertebrates. The weird becomes commonplace, but sometimes, we have to use a stronger word like “bizarre” for a specimen such as this one. It’s a fossil for the collector wanting something ancient and unique, standing out even among other oddities from the Weeks Formation or other lagerstatten.
